Thursday 18th November 2010, I and media class went to Rich Mix and studied about music videos. I thought this helped me get a clearer understanding of how music videos are and the process. I also learnt in depth the codes and conventions. We watched the presentation from OCR Pete Fraser, working in the industry Liz Kessier and music video director, Corin Hardy.

ANDREW GOODWIN: Method of Analysis
The beginning of these two videos are very similar.
ROBBIE WILLIAM mimicking James Bond is one of things Goodwin was talking about in relation to what sort of things directors do.
VISUAL ASPECTS ONLY - This is not from a past music video but contemporary but it shows how music was conveyed just through visual aspects. Linking the beat and lyrics to these types of visual views; lines and colours.
